[Skate] Quartets?

I'm doing a (big!) job this summer, trying to work out some all time best lists for the olympic distances.
And this time, not the "best" times, but the corrected best times - which means taking in consideration altitude and air pressure.

But there is also the matter of starting in pairs or quartets, which could affect the time as we know. And here is mye question: Is there by any chance a data base where the quartet races are marked specifically?

And if no, does anyone know when they started to have quartets in the World cup. For example, did Jennifer Rodriguez' race in a quartet when she did 4.07,07 in 2003?

Yes, B groups in distances over 1500 m have been quartets exclusively since the early 90s.
